Misty Mountain

This mystical concoction features gin and hints of citrus, paying homage to the serene allure of the mountains.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin (main alcohol, evokes the essence of the mountains)
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice (subtle citrus notes)
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup (provides a touch of sweetness)
• 1 piece Egg White (adds a silky texture)

Method:

1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg white
2. Add ice and shake well to chill
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass

Serving:

Serve chilled in a coupe glass
